Submit a support case to import your data into MSP Manager


Can I import my customer list from other PSA or accounting tools?


The MSP Manager support team can help with importing your customers, contacts, locations or assets into your MSP Manager account.

Here's how:

  1. In your MSP Manager account, navigate to the Help menu and select Submit a support case.
  2. Register your account if you have not done so previously, and log in using your MSP Manager credentials.
  3. Enter a description of the problem (e.g. Requesting CSV import of customers).
  4. Submit the ticket.

A member of the MSP Manager support team will contact you and will send the CSV import templates via email with directions on how to correctly fill out each template with your customer, contact, location, password and asset information. Fill out the template according to the instructions and send it back. Support will get to work importing your data and will contact you with any questions if needed.
