I sell network audits for a one-time fee of $5000, but I still want to track hours worked. How do I charge for that?
- Navigate to and select a customer from the list.
- Select Service Items > Add Service Item.
- Select Flat Fee from the Service Type list.
5000.00in the Unit Price field.
1in the Quantity field.
- Under Invoice Options, ensure Create Detailed Invoices is selected.
- Select to save the Service Item.
Open a ticket for each issue to track time worked for this customer. All work will be included in the $5,000 fee, and each time entry will show $0.
You can attach detailed invoices to the customer's bill that show all time entries for work you did.
