Export assets from SolarWinds N-central and map them to service items
When a customer makes a change to their network, SolarWinds N-central automatically updates the quantity and status of the network device in SolarWinds N-central and its corresponding asset in MSP Manager. The service item is updated and the customer's next invoice includes the changes to their network.
To configure the integration from inside SolarWinds N-central:
- Configure your PSA settings in SolarWinds N-central to establish the integration with MSP Manager.
- Set up device profiles to choose which assets and devices to export to MSP Manager.
- Create an MSP Manager Ticketing Recipient to associate tickets with service items.
Assets in MSP Manager are called Devices in SolarWinds N-central.
MSP Manager is now able to create tickets from SolarWinds N-central alerts and will update your assets and service items as needed.
