Use timers to track time in tickets for accurate billing
Use the ticket timer to accurately track time spent working on issues for your customers. Starting a timer is as easy as one click. When a customers calls to report a problem, the quick ticket option allows you to create a ticket and start a timer in seconds. Switch between tasks by pausing timers when needed, and resume tracking time where you left off. You can access the ticket timer from multiple locations in MSP Manager.
