Enable multiple Customer Portal Users

Save time by activating multiple portal users at once from your Workspace Page.

  1. Add the Contact List Widget to your Workspace.
  2. Select the contacts in the list to whom you want to grant portal access.
  3. Click in the top right corner or the widget and select Enable Portal.
  4. In the pop-up window, confirm the contacts you want to enable as portal users and click Confirm.

A message at the bottom of the screen indicates the contacts have successfully been granted portal access.
